'This phase we\'re going to spend each week of our Movement Monday posts focusing on the Overhead Press! This is a great movement for increasing shoulder stability and overall upper body strength.  Please note: if you have any issues with overhead shoulder movements this is NOT a good exercise for you. Check back next week when we\'ll be offering alternative movements that will likely be better suited to you!'
